My daughter lost her husband in a motorcycle accident in April, he had Aflac Accident Insurance with death benefits, there was never a toxocology report done one of the responding Officers put in his statement that there was alcohol on his breath, yes he had a sip of beer before he left and nothing else I know that for a fact because I was with my son in law all day and he did not drink. So know Aflac does not wanna pay her. Isnt it their job to proof that it was over the legal limit ( which it wasnt. Any Answers would help
