Insurance companies are companies, right? Cancer costs a lot of money for treatment. If she kept calling companies looking to acquire a policy while she had cancer, why should they have granted her one when they know it's going to cost them? Are they supposed to be in the business of just giving the money away?
Why didn't Obama set out to start a fundraiser for her? Or even, with all of her contacts, why didn't her liberal friends do this?
