Because I was wondering, if I had a doctor or coroner in a room with me and had one of them stop my heart to make me legally dead, then they can fill out the death certificate. After that they can revive me and my wife can collect the insurance because I was in fact legally dead at the time the certificate was filled out. Does just because I didn't stay dead invalidate the claim?
